Who cares what do you expect wouldn't matter if god was our manager... we seriously lack ambition we are a shit Arsenal. We are the new Everton, We try and penny pinch on buying players.

There is a thread on this forum slagging Utd off and everybody wonders why the media back Utd and are biased towards them maybe because they are Ambitious and want to be the best and show it buying Big and thinking big and talking big.

We are fucking has beens... We are on a downward spiral and it ain't getting any better

No protection for the defenders (who are poor anyway) we've all said since Rafa's last season we need a powerful holding midfielder who can put a foot in and ideally pass forward, we need another striker also another cb wouldn't go a miss but as usually we will all meet up on here in 12 months and have the same conversations again because for some reason our owners / managers or scouting teams never seem to learn from the mistakes we make. Klopp has taken the blame and rightly so but unless he actually does something about it then he will pay for it with his job thats how it usually ends when a manager (in any industry) doesn't get his workers to perform.

Moreno doesn't understand the basics... In the second half he was there to provide width... He had no business cutting in. He would've been more useful to us, not touching the ball but stretching their defence by just standing by the touchline.

he tried his infamous wrong footed tackle for their second the one footed shitehawk

Moreno should have been fucked off in the summer.

If Klopp doesn't trust him and is playing a fucking central defender ahead of him, then why is he in the squad?

But then again, the alarm bells were ringing in the summer when we spent months chasing a 17 left back that hadn't played a single Premiership game for Leicester and then gave up signing a left back altogether.

Like all our plans, not even half baked or menu consulted.

No value in market they say.. There is no fucking value in our team they should say.

Yeah, cos there's no chance of bringing in players of the quality of Agger, Sturridge, Coutinho or Suarez in January.

We just need to ask two questions :

1. When you pass the ball, does it go forward or not forward?

2. When you pass the ball forward, does it go to a team mate or some other cunt?

Anyone who gives the right answer to those two questions will improve our squad.

Klopp had this team playing above themselves to get into a title chasing position. All we wanted at the start of the season was top 4 and maybe a cup.

The owners transfer strategy is why we are where we are.  United knew they were shit so spent money on quality to get better. we knew we were shit so bought kids with promise.

There is only one constant since Rafa left and that's the owners and there insistence " We know better than you ".  All we are to them is an investment vehicle to make money. You can tell how much they care about this football club by often theyshow their faces at Anfield, as in once per season if you are Lucky.

That being said as much as im delighted we have Jurgen as our manager today was on him in fielding a much weakened side and not getting the attitude right at the start of the game.

I bet Henry Werner and Gordon dont feel half as angry as i am right now.

He could have had the chance to build a better squad if he/the players hadn't bottled it in the Europa League final. Even despite this, Klopp said at the beginning of the season that there are no excuses and that we will fight for the title and for trophies.

Klopp clearly thinks the squad is good enough. Therefore, he has to face the music when it turns out that it isn't.

This is what happened to Klopp at Dortmund when they were stinking the place out a couple of seasons back. He's too stubborn for his own good at times. He persisted playing the same way even though it was blatantly obvious to all and sundry that something else was needed at the time.

Get through the tough period, regain confidence, and then go back to the way you want to play.

He should know well enough by now what teams are going to do when they play us at Anfield. Every opposing manager right now has little tactical work to do, as it's clear as day how to beat us.

Let us have the ball and pass it around in front of the back 4 or 5, wait for our fullbacks to get high up the pitch, as we've fuck all width otherwise. Then, when the fullbacks are high enough up the pitch, squeeze us inside into a congested area where we're almost sure to lose possession.

Get the ball back and play a simple ball out wide to a waiting wide player, and the counter attack is on with usually just our 2 centre backs left in and around our half the pitch. Every time. Rinse & repeat.

He's still a top class manager, and I'm glad we have him, but he has to be learning from these games, and looking for solutions to implement. Right now, he's got, and done, nothing to suggest that he has taken anything on board from these recent fixtures.

I don't want to sound repetitive but I feel Firmino let us down again today. He reminds of Dirk (and I loved Dirk), in that he is good against the better teams, those who play football... as his chasing and harassing would often result in some chances for us. However against teams siting deep, he's of little use as he's lacking creativity and guile.

Paul Lambert has never lost a game at Anfield either as a player or as a manager. And he's managed some absolute dross in that time (think Villa). If we'd managed to nick a draw and force a replay, we would have done them at their place because Liverpool have a great away record against teams Lambert has either played for or managed.

We started this one so badly. That first goal is entirely our fault. We can point to the free kick being taken miles away from where the foul took place (ignored by the slapdicks officiating the game) and that the Wolves players were offside as the ball came in, but that doesn't excuse the fact we didn't deal with the situation at all.

It's amazing how opponents seem to find the perfect delivery at set pieces. It's ever more amazing how many panicked clearances end up becoming a great pass that sends them on their way. That's what happened when they cleared a corner of ours - the ball falling to that Costa player who ran virtually the length of the field and almost scored.

We try to find width via our full backs but when we get sloppy or laboured in midfield, it puts them out of the game and we can become exposed. That's what happened in the build-up to the second goal. Moreno couldn't get back in time once we got caught on the counter. It was our dithering in midfield that was our undoing in that situation, not Moreno (or Randall) pushing up.

Wolves had a couple of other chances, both of which were fuck-ups by the officials. Firstly, they missed an(other) offside and Karius made a block to deny the player a goal which would have made it 3-0. And then in the last few minutes, their sub was running down the right wing and didn't keep the ball in play (right in front of the linesman). He was waved play on and it needed Lucas to block the goal-bound effort.

It wasn't until Emre Can came on and made several runs between the lines that we added any variety to our play. Not that he was brilliant or anything, but he did come on and do something that we hadn't been doing all afternoon.

Origi got one goal back and nearly equalised but we had barely threatened their goalkeeper in the preceding 85 minutes. It was all sideways and backwards, pedestrian possession football with zero incisiveness. We ended many a 20-pass move with a potshot from distance. Shite.

The last word sums up our January. We've added no impetus to our ranks via reinforcements and a number of our players are completely out of form. 3 home defeats in a week, and still one more home game to come before the month is out. By Tuesday night, we could be looking at a 13 point deficit in the league as well as being out of the cups. We've totally and utterly shat down our own leg and unlike Arsenal who have the same tendency, we are not in the habit of claiming a Champions League place at the end of the season.

Something needs to give soon.

What price were the fa cup tickets? I sincerly hope they weren't full price.

I get why Klopp binned this competition again. He's only got a small handful of decent players and therefore doesnt have the squad to play twice a week. He knows this more than anyone.

That alone tells you who its down too that we havent strenghtened

Another trophyless season. 1 trophy win in ten years - that's the same as Wigan, Portsmouth, Swansea and Birmingham.

And we played the reserves in our last chance of winning something.

That's why Tuesday grated so much it was our only realistic chance, very disappointed

The FA cup games aren't midweek. It's not like we have Europe as well.
