I went on a ferry across from Lanzarote to Fuerteventura back in 2008. It looked a nice island even though I only saw a small part of it,Corralejo in fact. The Canaries is a lovely holiday destination,mostly.

Haven’t been up to the north yet - going this morning to visit the aqua park.

 

we’re staying right at the bottom of the island and every drive out somewhere the scenery is incredible. 

 

The 15 miles of dirt track to get to Cofete was a huge highlight.
