Optimism

Last year, in our 8th league game of the season, we lost 2-0 at Fulham and confidence was very low. We then went on to finish the year 2005 with 10 straight league wins and an impressive 9 clean sheets.

I guess what I´m trying to say is that even if we loose todays game we can still equal last years run, and where better to start the run than at old trafford.

We should get something from todays game, but I would sell it if we beat the mancs. Of course 2 wins will make the table look a lot more positive.

I´m sure we`ll win at old trafford, so even if we don`t win today, I´ll still be optimistic.

The team that needs the victory the most usually wins the big games. That`ll be us won`t it?

However, pressure is growing and it would be good to get back on track with 3 point today and goals by Bellamy and Gerrard. But lets not get back on the track that wins at home and looses away.
