The only thing worrying me, although it's obvious the blue noses are utter crap, I can see them (well, at least trying), to kick us off the park on wednesday.

 

Who's the ref ? If it's Poll, and there's more than the two goalkeepers left on the pitch at the end, it'll be a fucking miracle.

I'm not worried about the result, whatever shitty alehouse tactics they try to employ. I am worried about injuries though. I can see Rafa putting out a much changed side on Wednesday in order to rest a few key players. Maybe this side (which I still think would batter them):

Agreed, but I think he'll rest Finnan. He might even rest Sami and play Djimbo at CB and Warnock at LB - although that might be a change too far (particularly as Sami's rest is potentially only a week away).

Starting Josemi is a mistake that will be punished.

 

Even a 10-man Newcastle with Titus Bramble and 100% control of the game today with the score 2-0 and 16 mins left, I thought it was too early for Josemi.

Agree 100%. I believe Finnan will start and also Kewell. They both did fine today and especially Kewell are useful when we play our "pass and move". The bitters won’t keep up us if we play near what we did today.

 

But I am as worried as anyone else about us getting injuries. They will for sure try to kick us out of the game.

I think even Josemi can deal with Kevin Kilbane.

Last season he couldn't deal with ANY left wing he faced, regardless of how shit they were. So don't take things for granted. He's the ONLY player who hasn't improved under Rafa. Even Kewell started to show his worth, but NOT Josemi. :no
