Patrick Basham of The Spectator, owns up to being a crank and conspiracy theorist.

”If only cranks find the tabulations strange, put me down as a crank......First, consider some facts. President Trump received more votes than any previous incumbent seeking reelection. He got 11 million more votes than in 2016, the third largest rise in support ever for an incumbent. By way of comparison, President Obama was comfortably reelected in 2012 with 3.5 million fewer votes than he received in 2008..........

..........We are told that Biden won more votes nationally than any presidential candidate in history. But he won a record low of 17 percent of counties; he only won 524 counties, as opposed to the 873 counties Obama won in 2008. Yet, Biden somehow outdid Obama in total votes.

Somebody should tell Patrick that when you make voting easier like postal votes etc then more people will vote

They might also mention that counties don't get a vote but people do and some counties have very small rural populations whilst other counties have a very large urban population

Finally, they should add that Biden did very well in urban and suburban areas and Trump well in rural areas

It's not fucking difficult

Shekrakengins.

The federal judge in the Kraken case in GA purportedly issued a routine evidence preservation order at Powell/Woods request. The order basically said:

1. GA not to wipe the voting machines’ memory until the court decided if the Krakens should have access to it. Nothing more than that. No handing them over. No examining them. Despite what Trumptons were crowing.

2 Set a timetable - Defendants response to application for injunction by Wed, Kraken reply by Thu, hearing on Friday. So far, so routine.

Now Lin Wood saying that the Judge has reversed his decision. As no order has been filed online it’s all a bit up in the air.

And this election is the legal comedy gift that keeps on giving, The order is now up on the system, and it appears the earlier order was withdrawn and a second issued.

The information in No2 above holds good, but the Judge has declined to stop GA wiping the machines in the interim (it is allegedly scheduled to be done tomorrow) because Powell/Wood have sued the wrong Defendants to obtain that relief.

It appears that after the initial uploaded order someone informed the Judge that the Counties run their own elections, and the Counties own the equipment, not the Secretary of State for GA.

EDIT: Apologies, it’s a state judge not a federal judge. My bad.

Now a third order in the case above where Wood/Powell have offered to amend their pleading to bring in certain counties as defendants and the court has granted a stay on the devices being reset.

Current defendants have been ordered to provide a copy of the contract between Dominion and the State to show who operates the machine and have until Wed to file a response as to why they’d have, if any, an objection to a forensic inspection.

The court have not yet ordered inspection.

Anyway, here’s the thread on the injunctive relief application the above order pertains to. Verdict - not as bad as the main pleading, but bad.

And this is the thread showing the case law relied upon actually has no relevance.

Doesn't matter if he snuffs it as Harris will get inaugurated instead, and then another vp will be selected by the dems

i don't think so before the inauguration. i think harris has to become the vp before she can fill the gap. i am not sure how it is resolved (house or senate i think) should biden pop his clogs before then.

“...a single update to the vote count brought Biden from trailing by over 100,000 votes into the lead. Here is the comparable graph...for Wisconsin...”
