Pork ribs with home bbq sauce slowly roasted so the meat falls off the bone, salt, pepper and garlic wedges with basmati rice.

Batch of mini sausage rolls, if Greggs opened a shop here they would clean up.

as usual all pork stuff is imported and comes at a premium price. Well worth it though.

Salt beef and Aberdeen beef burger in a Greene King pub. £15. Very tasty though a bit mean with the chips.

Im a bit old fashioned when it comes to burgers tbh and I feel that a good burger should always be gripped with both hands, with an attempted bite to follow. Not a fan of deconstructing the big old fat bastard with my knife and fork before I chow down on the fucker.

Saying all of that, that plate of grub deserves the treatment mate, looks top notch, but at least tell me you had a go, hands on?

No. Cutlery was used. Too sloppy I’m afraid.

Went to Aldi unsure of what I’d like for tea, saw a pack of two lovely big pork chops in lemon and herb seasoning and that was decision made.

With roasted cauliflower and broccoli, mushrooms and sugar snap peas.

yes please.
