Gerrard's pass was sloppy but it was well up the field in an attacking position. should Arsenal really have been able to cut through us like that will virtually no midfielder anywhere in sight in the middle. Our midfield are 30 yards too far up the pitch everytime we lose the ball they are straight in at the back four who are struggling to cope with the runners. Classic counter attacking football.

Sahin and borini are non entity's today. Very sloppy first half. Allen still looks a good players and sterling is a breath of fresh air. Got to do much better in the second half much much better.

On a positive note it is heartening to see Suarez taking a leaf out of our captain's book and throwing his arms in the air in annoyance while pointing his back to the ball after he cheaply gives it away. BR has some monumental job on his hands.
