i think the Indy piece confirms Rafa's departure - no?

No more than newspaper articles "confirmed" Steven Gerrard's departure to Chelsea in 2004. (the first time when he was tapped up at Euro 2004, not when he handed in a transfer request in 2005.) Time will tell.

No. Not in any way. Not if you actually read it.

Besides, and I'll say this slowly, Juventus appointed a caretaker manager on Friday. His name is Alberto Zaccheroni. He has a six-month contract.

i am well aware of the interim manager - it doesn't mean that Rafa will not be joining in the summer - i would say that it's nailed on given the length of the contract

and it also does not mean that Rafa won't leave before the season ends

im also well aware that nothing is 100% guaranteed in football

I'm drunk myself, otherwise I'd drive down to Caldy Golf Club where Rafa is having a farewell party apparently.

Honestly, it would make my day, the victory today couldn't have been more hollow if it tried.

I heard that as well. It was from a taxi driver though, albeit a Liverpool supporting one so I'm taking it with the proverbial pinch of salt.

Did you see that idiot Beasley on Sky saying how much Maureen would love to manage us? Someone jokingly suggested that Beasley was just like Maureen, and the fool didn't realise it was sarcasm, he started listing Maureen's superiorities like Milhouse talking about Bart Simpson!

Rob Beasley is very close to Jose Mourinho.

The idea of a potential future Liverpool Manager having associations with a S*n Journalist sickens me.
