Heather said she will celebrate the judge's decision tonight with a party for family and close friends. Speaking outside the High Court, Mills smiled: "I'll be getting legless."

 

Must have been a clean break settlement.

Scandalous decision. Having looked at the evidence, I believe that she didn't have a leg to stand on. Oh wait, she did.

McCartney had hoped to pay less, since he had not known Mills for that long, and she couldn't lay claim to being part of his success. Mills wouldn't let the former Beatle get away with it though. 'I put my foot down' said Heather. 'He's got the money, he should stump up.'

 

Apparently problems first surfaced in the marriage when McCartney tried to hide a special Christmas present he had made for his new wife. It was a brand new, state of the art false leg. When Mills found it wrapped up and hiding in the back of the wardrobe she shrieked, 'What's that?' A nonplussed Paul remarked, 'It's just a stocking filler, dear.'
