Steve Parish was on the radio before and seems a right prick, the CP fans are not happy but he was refusing to admit he had gone down the easy no ambition route and the whole situation had been a farce. Him and Warnock seem a good match, the Championship beckons.

He is a prick. Business model of get promoted , invest fuck all , maybe sell a few players and then live off the parachute money when they go down . Pulis had silly ambitions to invest and kick on. Don't like Pulis but fuck me he is different class to Wanknock.

Looking at the names linked to them I think its quite a shrewd appointment.

Warnock has been working his arse off for years with the dream of managing in the prem playing the style of football palace players responded to last season.

He feels hard done by after his only times managing in the prem and has a point to prove, I expect them to stay up.

The dreaded vote of confidence.

Lets see at the end of the season, Warnock has shown time and again he can set up and organise a strong team that's hard to break down.Based on last season palace have the ability to stay up and Im assuming they will add more players to their squad.

No. He's shown time and time again that's he quite good at getting teams relegated.

If Carling made shortlists. The Palace short list was.. Hoddle, who probably wanted Eileen Dewrey the faith healer on the staff. Sherwood, who at Spurs once gave a fan a go at sitting in the dug out. Malky Macay, who probably pushed the case for Jim Davidson as assistant manager and Neil Warnock.

You missed out Dave. Complete his CV nicely if he took them down
