He’ll be 3rd choice on right if Pelé comes.

Doesn't look like Klopp trusts him central.

If he’s happy with that role - great.

He strikes me as a team player, plus we haven't signed anyone yet. It is also going to be a long season with a load of games. Squad strength with a bit of depth will be key next season.

Just imagine how much faster the Premier League’s rogues’ gallery would concede defeat against Man City if they saw his name on the team sheet. City would probably score 150 goals over the course of a season.

Definitely. It will make the PL pointless essentially. Mbappe as first choice with Aguero as backup.

I'm coming home from work exactly like that. Probably smelling fairly similar. Been a humid sticky day.

Same here, it's been a hot humid day. I have cold Cider in the fridge for after playing taxi driver for the kids.

Pépé plays on the right but he spent the large part of a season playing up front under Bielsa. He's in the mould of Salah and Mané in the way that he's a wide forward that can move around fluidly in all attacking positions during the course of a game. That's one of the reasons he'd be an excellent fit.

Pepe definitely gives us options. Salah can play central more with Firmino as a 10.

Depth for front three.

In a 4-2-3-1 Keita is an option on the left too instead of Mane.

I wouldn't worry too much that he can’t play on the left as there’s also Origi.

Im struggling to see where Shaqiri & Lallana fit in next season.

Lallana keeps the medical team busy now that Sturridge is gone.
