They're shite.  We'll beat them, we always do.  They'll turn up and get smacked like most years.

Mignolet, Manquillo, Sakho, Skrtel, Moreno, Gerrard, Hendo, Lallana, Markovic, Sterling, Balotelli.

I don't think Markovic is ready for a derby.  It's the last game I'd throw him in to, particularly after Tuesday's match where he was poor.

As for Sturridge, is this some kind of cheeky bluff?  How would Rodgers know now?  Presumably there will be more fitness tests between now and the big kick off.  If I were Martinez I would definitely prepare on the basis that Sturridge and Balotelli will start with a diamond midfield behind them.

he is not fairly honest at all,  but that's a compliment. I would go as far as to say that on occasion the formations and tactics he talks about enthusiastically are entirely to through the opposition off the scent.

They appear to have thrown us off the scent this season. Unless, of course, the scent was dog shit.

Honest or not he does seem to seem to like the sound of his own voice. There's a time to waffle in front of the cameras and a time to get on with his day job. Bit more action on the pitch needed,

If we can't hammer them resoundingly then I wish for us to get a controversial last minute penalty with the scores level, which Stevie thundercunts into the top corner of the onion bag, before racing over to the away fans and slipping over like Norman Wisdom on the turf in front of them, and earning his goal bonus twice over in pound coin missiles.
