Just having Sturridge there will give us belief which is what we're short of. Confidence is not good at the moment. We need our best players in attack because that's where we did all the damage last season.

He's had a full pre season, has barely kicked a ball and didn't look at all out on his feet. He's as fit as a fiddle and has a great engine on him.

I think if they try to rough us at the back (ooer) then we'll manage ok.  It's when we get overrun in midfield we struggle.  Or when we have to defend set pieces. Or any other time.
