First - Life by The Inspiral Carpets

Best - Birds of Fire by Mahavishnu Orchestra

Most surprising - Lizard by King Crimson (surprising because I bought it once, circa 2001 & took it back for a refund because I hated it then bought it again about 9 years ago & now I love it)

Last - Miles Davis live at the Fillmore East 7th March 1970

First - Construction Time Again by Depeche Mode

Best -  Turn on the Bright Lights by Interpol.

Most surprising - In Colour by Jamie xx. I hadn't exactly been over-enamoured with anything by The xx but then i heard "Gosh" by Jamie xx and i was blown away. The album is an absolute belter.

Last -  Fear Analysis by Rebekah (ex page three bird, Rebekah Teasdale, now a techno DJ, its boss as well)
