So can anyone tell me?

 

I ask because I cant see them inside the box when we attack and in our own half when we defend or should that be when we are supposed to defend?

 

It's simple really, if the wingers are shit don't provide an outlet then the forwards drop deep to get a touch of the ball, as you wouldn't want to go 90 mins without touching said ball.

Exactly. We have a manager obsessed with ball retention, because he thinks that stops the opposition from attacking. Yet we have conceded an average of almost two goals a game and are struggling to score. It isn't working - fact. Look at the results.
