Anyone here help with a passport problem?

 

My knob head brother left it late to get his passport and sent it off about 20 days ago with some dodgy info from the post office, them telling him it'd be ready in 14 days max.

 

He's been on the phone to the passport office today and theyve said they have his forms and that they are in the system, but won't tell him when his new one will be issued.

 

He goes on holiday on Tuesday. Anyone work there and offer any advice?

Can't he just turn up at the passport office and they'll sort him out straight away? I think you used to be able to anyway.

Head to Passport Office but be prepared to pay over the odds. You can get them on the same day.

A friend did this last summer. not me, honest.

You can get a passport in a day I think. If he gives them a ring I reckon they`ll let him go down there and they`ll do it, for a price like, reckon its about £130.

You can get it in a day but its very expensive and a total rip off but if its needed its needed
