An alleged list of killstreaks and perks have been leaked, and it is interesting that you have 3 killstreak categories to choose your 3 streaks from:

Attack;

4 Kills - Care Package

5 Kills - IMS - 3 or 4 placeable landmines that cannot be stunned or flashed

5 Kills - Predator Missile

5 Kills - Sentry Gun

6 Kills - Precision Airstrike

7 Kills - Attack Helicopter

7 Kills - Little Bird Flock - Mini Helicopters which patrol the map

9 Kills - Little Bird Guard - Big Helicopter that follows you from above and protects you

9 Kills - Mortar team - Mortar team but with 5 predator missiles - all go off at the same time in different places

10 Kills - Talcon - Mini Tank Robot

12 Kills - AC130

12 Kills - Pavelow

15 Kills - Juggernaught Suit - From spec Ops

15 Kills - Osprey Gunner Cps - You control a chopper gunner that also drops an emergency airdrop for your team mates.

Support

4 Kills - UAV

5 Kills - Counter UAV

5 Kills - Ballistic Duffel - Drop Juggernaught perk for the whole team, not jugg suit

5 Kills - Airdrop Trap - Drops a hacked care package

8 Kills - Sam Turret

10 Kills - Remote UAV - Target enemies with missiles

12 Kills - Advanced UAV - Blackbird

12 Kills - Remote Turret - Sentry Gun that you can control

12 Kills - Stealth Bomber

18 Kills - EMP

18 Kills - Juggernaught Recon Armour - Care Package Drop Armour

18 Kills - Escort Airdrop - Same as the Osprey Gunner but you dont control the gunner or chopper and Drops 5 care packages, one will be hacked

Special;

2 Kills - You get 1 extra perk

4 Kills - Get another perk

6 Kills - Get another perk

Deathstreaks;

Juiced - Lightweight - 4 Deaths

Martyrdom - 4 Deaths

Revenge - Last person that killed you is always visible on your mini map - 5 Deaths

Stopping power for one kill - 5 Deaths

Dead Mans Hand - You run around with c4 in your hand (suicide bomber) - 6 Deaths

Perks:

Tier 1:

Extreme Conditioning: Sprint longer distances (like Marathon). Extreme Conditioning Pro will allow you to climb obstacles faster (like Marathon Pro).

Sleight of Hand: This will allow you to reload faster. Sleight of Hand Pro will allow you to swap weapons faster.

Scavenger: Just like in MW2, Scavenger will allow you to refill your ammo from fallen foes in MW3. Scavenger Pro will allow you to spawn with more ammunition than normal.

Blind Eye: This will make you undetectable to support (killstreaks etc). Blind Eye Pro will allow you to lock onto air craft much more quickly. It will also allow you to cause more damage against enemy air support.

Recon: If one of your explosive weapons causes damage to an enemy player, that enemy player's position will be painted on the minimap so that your team mates instantly know where he is. With Recon Pro, shooting an enemy with regular bullets will paint his position on the minimap so that your team mates know where he/she is.

Tier 2:

Hardline will work like it did in Black Ops and Modern Warfare 2. i.e. you'll need one less kill / point for a killsteak / pointstreak in MW3. Hardline Pro will allow 2 assists to count as a kill towards your killstreak.

Assassin will act like a watered-down version of Cold Blooded/Ghost. It will make you immune to UAVs, Heartbeat sensors, Portable Radar and Thermal. It will NOT make you immune to air support and killstreaks. Assassin Pro will make you immune to the Counter UAV and the EMP.

Overkill will allow you to select a primary weapon as your secondary weapon. Basically, Overkill will allow you to have two primary weapons in MW3. Overkill Pro will allow you to put two attachments on your secondary weapon, much like Bling Pro in MW2.

Quickdraw in MW3 will work like Sleight of Hand Pro in MW2 and Black Ops. It will allow you to aim down your sights at a faster rate. Quickdraw Pro will allow you to recover faster after using your grenades or equipment.

Blast Shield was a piece of equipment in MW2. In MW3, Blast Shield will be a perk. It will allow you to take less damage from explosives. Blast Shield Pro will make you immune to flash grenades and stun grenades.

Tier 3:

Sitrep in MW3 will work the same as Sitrep in MW2 and Black Ops. It will allow you to see enemy explosives and equipment. This is like Bomb Squad in COD 4. Sitrep Pro will allow you to hear footsteps better.

Dead Silence will work like Ninja Pro. It will make your footsteps almost silent. Dead Silence Pro in MW3 will prevent you from taking fall damage, much like Commando Pro in MW2 and Lightweight Pro in Black Ops.

Stalker will allow you to move quicker while aiming down your sights. Stalker Pro will delay claymore explosions in MW3.

Marksman will give you an ID target from Ranger. I'm not really sure what that means yet. Marksman Pro will allow you hold your breath for much longer while scoping through a sniper rifle or a thermal scope.

Steady Aim will give you increased hip fire accuracy. In MW3, Steady Aim Pro will allow you to quickly aim down your sights while sprinting. This is similar to Lightweight Pro in MW2.

2.59 on that video. He had a sniper rifle as a secondary, Plus the perk overkill. Not good.

He only had the Dragunov as a secondary thanks to the Overkill perk. No different to swapping out your secondary for another primary from a fallen player in previous games.

So you don't think the Sniper as secondary is as standard then? Overall, I am looking forward to this. I havent played black ops for a few months now.

Nah mate, sniper rifles will be primary weapons as standard. Personally, I think Overkill would be a waste of a perk, as you can easily pick up someone else's primary and swap out your secondary for it in game.

I've not played for a while myself, so best try and get myself on for a bit when I get some time, just to get back into the swing of things.

Blind Eye, Assassin and Dead Silence.

No fucker will know you're in the game....

If those are accurate that is looking very much like it will be my set up on it.

I've seen something about being able to have two attachments without it being a perk as well, so it would be that lot plus a suppressor on an assault rifle and that's will be me sorted. I'm not good enough to operate without maximum stealth.

Al if you fancy a run out during the day let me know, with the new job I'm in the house quite a bit during the day at the moment if you want to party up.

I've been on nights for just about a month now, and I'm pretty much on nights for the remainder of this month and the majority of next, with the very odd exception, much to my annoyance... So, as you'd expect, I'm not finding much time to do anything other than sleep when I've got some time off.

I'm hoping to squeeze in a couple of 'me' days soon, but it all depends on colleagues being flexible to create opportunities for me to take an extended break, Lord knows I'll need one soon...

I have heard that, and you can go up to 15 prestige. That will take some serious play time. I have prestiged about 5 times on MW2 and that took some work. Disappointed they haven't scrapped the tactical insertion. That ruined free for all. Fucking boosters

In black ops. It was scrapped for free for all. Hopefully it will be the same in this.

I'm seeing plenty of "leaked" info, saying that there will be 10 levels of prestige, at 80 levels per prestige.

Tac Inserts are handy for objective game types, such as CTF and Demolition.

Doubt if i'll prestige more than once, i didnt on MW2.

I've yet to prestige on Black Ops, still a few levels away from actually being able to do so....

Tac Inserts will be unlocked at level 61, so if for some insane reason they allow them to be used in FFA, then you'll at least know that some effort has gone in to obtaining the equipment.

Yeah they are fine for team games but amount of times I would be in FFA and there would be pavelows, chopper gunners everywhere and you knew a nuke was on its way. The objective then becomes hunt the twats down and spoil it for them

I hope we can report boosters like in black ops. I really hate cheating.

Theatre mode will be back in MW3. In fact, if anything, it'll be even tougher for boosters and the sort, because of the CoD Elite service that people will be paying extra for.

I've been reporting loads for cheating on it in the last couple of days. First few days I've had on in it for a while, do they actually send you anything in response or does it just disappear into the ether for them to never actually do anything about it?

If it is going to take me 53 levels to get claymores I can safely say that I won't be going doing any prestige levels.
