Yeah you still have your gamertag, Odris has got it all wrong here, I've been banned 3 times over the years. I just buy another box 1 X xbox = 3 games

 

I never said you lose your gamertag? Oh wait i got mixed up with losing xbox live altogether but if you had a new xbox you can recover your gamertag. My 2 mates who have been banned both have corrupt game saves and have had to transfer it to a memory card or something, haven't turned mine on since i was banned though.

Exactly this is my 2nd banned console although my first also got RROD so I had to get a new one anyway. I'll get another one soon when I have some spare cash, maybe christmas.

I might just keep that one unmodded and buy the games which I really want more for the online which is only a few like COD and FIFA, most of the games I've got I only played the single player really.

Yeah, I'm doing the same. I'm keeping my elite clean. And the one I swapped with Pierre Will get hacked just for offline one player games that I'd have never have paid 40 quid for anyway.

 

Pierre you need clone cd, a dual layer burner. And some verbatim discs.
