Chained (2012).  Jennifer Lynch directs.  Young boy is raised by serial killer who kills prostitutes.  Will the young lad follow his mentor?  Looks nice in places but awkwardly paced and I wasn't convinced by either of the main characters.  I do feel Lynch junior is capable of making a classic if it all comes together but this isn't it. 5/10.

All This Mayhem.

Excellent, if seemingly not completely objective, skateboarding documentary, tracking the rise and freefall of Australia's Pappas brothers. Found it compelling viewing once I'd got into it, Tas Pappas is one of those people who are both an arsehole and completely captivating at the same time.

8/10, well worth a watch even for someone like me who knew precisely fuck all about the wider subject.

Come and See 1985 Russian war film. Regarded as a classic I couldn't get into this at all. A very weird and difficult watch. 6/10.

Yep, I was told how good it was too and ended up thinking this is bollocks - look at the camera and shake nervously seemed to be the acting direction. 6 is about right.
