A few of us did our top 10 fizzy drinks the other day. I think it was in one of the FF threads. Chinese chippies are overrated, in my opinion. I’ve eaten lots of food from them, but nowadays I’d always go for fish, chips and mushy peas from a traditional British chippy. The problem is finding a good one.

I reckon I’d struggle to name 10 fizzy drinks I truly like. Probably coke, 7up, sprite and irn bru would be the full list.

Sounds obvious, but the best fish and chips I’ve had are in Whitby, closely followed by Southport. I don’t know if them being coastal make a difference - probably just in my head!

I love a Chinese chippy, but the Chinese food specifically. And the curry, which is probably exactly the same at every chippy, but I’ve convinced myself otherwise

Appletize as well actually, even though I’ve only ever had about twice!

I asked for gravy in a chippy in Birmingham and thought I'd grown three heads.

Thinking of it, this is actually the most southern place I’ve ever lived to be fair, and it’s still borderline northern

Said to the mrs. ' only TLW could have 33 responses in a few hours about capri-sun '.

The look said it all.

My mrs loves it when I take a picture of our breakfast. Proper eye roll.
