I think this is a really good appointment for them. he'll get the most out of the squad, he'l make them a lot more nasty and nobody will expect him to be there for more than 3-4 years so he doesn't have to try to charm the media and the fans. A real break from the idea of building a legacy.

Think it's a very underwhelming appointment to be honest. He's obviously got a relatively impressive CV but the gap between them and the top 4-5 sides is pretty large and I don't see him being good enough to bridge it, given the squad he's inheriting is massively in-balanced and the managers above him in the league are all better than he is.
