Its not a fad mate it is arguably what we have eaten more most of our existence.

What, when we lived until our forties. I agree with Cardie, these diets can be very dangerous. Can.

1000 calories breakfast.

Cups of coffee with double cream.

Bacon, eggs, mushrooms, butter, coconut oil, cheese, Mayo, ketchup.p, and even a couple spoons of peanut butter early on.

Only 13g carbs so far, will easily stay below 25 today.

See.

Such a lame, uneducated argument.

Yeah, what is it about what I said that is uneducated? Again, about what I said not what you assumed.

Not having doctors, living in caves and hunting wild animals may have played a part in that too.

Of course it did. Of course, not stuffing themselves full of processed shit didn't hurt, nor did not smoking and many other things.

You equated us dying in our 40's to the diet at the time. Tripe.

What age do you think people would be at today if we didn't have all the drugs?

Ah, resorting to the 'yeah you are' playground tactic. Good stuff. You certainly seem like somebody I want to be taking diatary advice from.

Why bring it up in a thread about ketosis so?

Because it's a contributory factor. Unhealthy diets are unhealthy regardless of age. Ketogenic diets aren't inherently bad for you, at least not in the short term, but some of the stuff in this thread is utter cock.

So explain again how the ketogenic diet is unhealthy?

It could well be that long term use of the ketogenic diet is unhealthy, but certainly my previous diet of carbs and reduced fats wasn't clever as it got me to 145kg at one point.

My use of keto is to reduce my weight to around 110kg and then I'll resume a bit more carbs and a bit less fat.
