It's definitely harsh on Bournemouth but maybe we can do them a favour and loan them a player or two next season.

Signing three players from one club at the time would be a bit odd, but if they're all players that we want then who cares. I'm just enjoying laughing at people who are upset because their hours spent scouting on FM have been in vain.

If we had Luis, Sturridge, Lambert & Borini as the forwards in the squad we would have a decent mix for hopefully a real go on four fronts.

Feel £8/£9m seems too much for Lambert but may be getting used to knock £5m or so off Lallana which is worth @ £1.5m saved off Bournemouth.

Guest Numero Veinticinco

Ricardo Lambertino from Rayo Foreigncano would be a better signing per se

Yeah, but Christopher Ronaldson from Real Mansfield would be crap.

Southampton spent 15m on Osvaldo last summer. I bet at the time people were questioning why we weren't going for a player of that calibre. An International striker from a fashionable Italian club. And a nice fancy name and hair cut to boot.

That went well huh?

Lambert made him look like Sean Dundee.

Good red, hard worker, good strike rate, squad option? Yes.

Exactly. People are selling him well short. He's been one of the most consistent strikers in the PL the last 2 years. In a better team with more creativity, he'll be a fantastic option to have.
