Half strength England batter Wales.  Don't think Wales should be too worried but English strength in depth is really starting to show real real quality.

Found this article very good about state of NH Rugby  http://www.telegraph.co.uk/rugby-union/2016/05/30/englands-attacking-exuberance-against-wales-offers-hope-for-the/?utm_source=dlvr.it&utm_medium=twitter

Thought England were good after an iffy start & score would have been embarrassing for Wales if Ford had not had a mare with his kicking. Think Ford is a bit of a liability generally & can see him falling down the pecking order.Strength in depth would seem to be England's main attribute and I am looking forward to the Australia tour although we need to be much better at the breakdown to win I think. Would like to see less yacking from the manager who seems to like the sound of his own voice.

Pretty fearful for Wales in NZ.

Came away even more convinced that England need Goode starting over Brown. Consistent, class and not as much of a headcase. Brown will win you the occasional game against the other NH sides, but players like Goode are what England need to work with if they are to compete against the other lot.

Eddie Jones is a very intelligent bloke, he won't let this team get carried away in the media hype (which has just gone through the roof). With the resources England rugby has available, and now, a top coach, finally; could be some exciting years ahead.

Putting 39 points on Australia, in Australia is some achievement.  I also think England can play much better.

Haskell was a beast.

Itoje is just incredible.  Will be interesting to see if he stays at second row or moves to flanker in the future, as England have lots of other good second rows.

That Hooper for Australia is awesome though, maybe the best player in the world?

Englands win was superb.  Started very slowly & the Aussies were so much better in the open for the 1st half.  fly half change made a huge difference as we had some creativity on the pitch & not just strong runners.  Haskell was immense as were all the other forwards.  back 3 still remains a ?

Wales were valiant but ultimately fell short

Ireland were amazing but playing against the poorest SA team for years & one with an identity crisis.  Cam't take anything away from the win though.

!st tests are always the most likely to win.  tougher tests to come for all 3 teams

Absolutely outstanding defensive display, it was like Rorkes Drift at times.

The interesting thing is that we look very good and are officially world no. 2, but there are also pretty glaring improvements that can be made.

Absolutely. We've always had the potential, what with our player pool, resources and club competition being amongst the very best. We might start living up to that with a coach to match the infrastructure

Surely Mario Itoje is a future England and Lions Captain.

Yeah I reckon so. Has a bit of attitude about him too as well as being a force of nature. He said something to wind the Aussie no3 up at the line out early on. England ended up 3 points ahead for that.
