Aaahhh, fucksticks. Giants win 3-2 to take a 2-1 series lead.

We're our own worst enemy in this series.

Far too many errors, swinging at pitches way outside the zone too often and no one stepping up to carry the team the way young Posey has for the Giants.

We're missing Chipper and Prado big time, and tonight showed that we'll miss Wagner in game 4 and beyond, if we get there.

Giants pitching has been the story so far but their bull pen are less than stellar, I'd be worried if I were them. Phils Yanks again? Certainly are looking the class of the field thus far.

Both sides have pitched well on the whole. The Giants have probably had the better of the starters, but the Braves have edged the relief side of things.

The obvious differences between the sides have been the errors, and the lack of a bat in the Braves lineup.

It certainly looks like Phillies Yankees again. I hope that someone can crash the party though.

It's Lee v Big Dave again isn't it?

If the Rays win that series then they have the best shot to spoil the party I'd say.

Still think the Phils beat all comers though this year.

Yep, should be a corker.

If the Phillies do get through to the World Series, then the home advantage they'll have will give them the edge. They don't lose often in the hitter friendly Citizens Bank Park.

Derek Lowe faces Madison Bumgarner in game 4 between the Braves and Giants tonight.

It's put up or shut up for the Braves, as they look to send the series back to San Francisco for game 5.

Brooks Conrad has been benched in favour of Troy Glaus tonight.

Scoreless after 2, though the Braves pick up the first hit of the night courtesy of a Jason Heyward single. We did manage to load the bases with 2 outs, after Glaus reached on a throwing error, and Rick Ankiel walked, but a lazy fly ball from Derek Lowe ended the inning.
