Ha! Anyway all that really matters is what we do - it is on our own hands - only time to really start worrying about the others is if and when it isn't.

The biggest worry is the fucking toll as this takes on us as fans!

Are the ballboys actually handing the players the balls?

Yeah, as soon as the ball was going out they were grabbing the ball and throwing it back

Staggering isn't it.

We had Coote enforcing it on Sunday.

Premier League ball boys and girls have been ordered to stop throwing the ball back to players during matches, amid concerns that the “multi-ball” system is giving home teams an unfair advantage.

Updated ruling states that players must now collect a ball from the nearest cone, rather than receive one thrown to them.

“Ball assistants”, as they are known in the Premier League handbook, are no longer allowed to even be positioned next to the cones during matches. The league hopes this will make it clear to players that they must fetch the ball themselves during games.

What? So now the league's pro time wasting?

I think they worked out we had benefited from the ball boys getting ball back in play quickly and decided to put a stop to that.

The rule now states that "Ball Assistants are only allowed to retrieve match balls and replace them on the vacant cones and are not permitted to return a ball directly to a player."

I'm guessing it's also to stop the home ball boys fucking around and more incident of players confronting them and pushing them away. Home teams are getting them to fuck around not passing the ball back or throwing the ball back once they've picked up another ball

Further to above:

"In order to help speed up the game and avoid time-wasting, 14 balls -- seven on each side -- will now be available at the side of pitch, an increase of four from the previous system.

Ball assistants will be required to return a ball to a vacant cone when it goes out of play and ensure that they are not positioned next to the ball cones.

The Premier League has stated that ball assistants must sit behind pitchside advertising boards where possible."

Leverkusen won their semifinal in the German cup tonight 4-0.

The final is the 25th of May, they will play Kaiserlautern who are currently third from the bottom in the 2.Bundesliga.

I support Liverpool FC, not Bayer Leverkusen FC.

I see Guillem Ballbag was out today doing Xabi PR about how he wants to manage us and will in the future.

Hope Amorim or Nagelsmann gets the job and stays for 25 successful years and beats Xabi in at least 6 finals

My point was that if we both reach the Europa League final, they will have another final coming up three days later.

They probably first looked at at an F.A. Cup game away at Blackburn many years ago. I blame Jimmy Hill *

Last I checked every team played the same amount of home games so had the same amount of advantages. Its not a huge issue but any changing of rules during the season is wrong. Some teams will have played more home games than others, so if its actually an advantage the league have allowed some clubs to benefit more than others.

Well, especially if they don't appear to be enforcing the rules for some teams.

If that is not offside then neither was Luis Diaz on Sunday.

Certain teams are ruled under different scrutinies, nobody will convince me otherwise.

Would be interesting to see their lines for that.

I read it was cleared quickly too....

Not gonna lie, got a lot of time for Ben White.

Very good at a job he hates, but pays insane money.

Turns up, does his job, fucks off out and bangs dim witted models in shit clubs/hotels/countries and doesn't give a second thought to his day job.
