Didn't think much of it until I realised where water street is. Seen it elsewhere a lot over the years.

Is that right down by the liver building or further up? Bad enough regardless, but would be outright vandalism to pour that around the major landmarks in the city.

Just before the Cunard building so right in-front of the three graces.

Madness. So much investment and effort to make the waterfront area even more of an attractive place to be undermined by something so basic.

Water Street is an historic thoroughfare with several iconic buildings on it.  I can't believe they've dug up the flags.  Fucking moronic vandals.

And didn't find the time capsule you left there!

Yeah, a couple, that's pretty standard these days, I'm practically blind to it. Not quite reached the mess that the South bank in London has yet.

I wish they'd do the same in Manchester instead of every flag being uneven and you either splashing yourself with muddy water or tripping over.

Yeah because it's all just 'muddy water'...

They're under the auspices of auditors remember, cuts have to be made! The first of many changes perhaps?

The whole country is turning to shit. This is what happens when the government siphon off all of the taxpayers money to their mates.
