You are a hypocrite. A massive one, I've rightly pointed that out for years on here.

Nelly was clearly being sarcastic. Something you quite evidently can't handle.

Funny how his sarcasm only ever goes one way.

The question has to be, when I bump all the Swinson photoshops in the Lib Dem thread, are you going to admit they're libellous too, or will common sense be applied?

Bump them and I'll make a decision on a case by case basis.

Thanks.

I still can't believe that that Councillor settled for a satirical, non-libellous tweet. He'll no doubt recoup his losses when he brings a professional negligence claim

action against his solicitors for their duff advice, though. So, it's not all bad for him.

If I'm honest here, I'm surprised he's had to pay a settlement. Corbyn has had far far far worse said by blue ticks with far far far more followers and it doesn't appear they have had any action take against them.

True. But failing to take action against some others doesn't diminish from the libellous nature of what the Councillor posted.

i'm annoyed that Corbyn sucked up some horrendous shit when he was in a position to do massive good , and is now suing some nonentity over a shit joke when it doesn't matter.

Maybe he was advised not too as it 'wouldn't look good'?

It certainly would have stemmed some of the vitriol that came his way?

Maybe he just wasnt aware it would get that bad?

It was certainly unusual he only revealed himself to be a huge racist once he became labour leader.

Why don't you explain it to me, then. Nobody else has been able to.

Nickerson's oh-so-hilarious photoshop makes no sense other than promulgating the defamatory lies about Corbyn supporting terrorists and laying wreaths for them. These libels are so pernicious, that there are even numpties on football forums who believe they're true.

Cold War Steve depicts stuff like politicians hanging around derelict shopping precincts with The Krankies and a pissed Phil Mitchell. Nobody is expected to believe that there is a grain of truth in these.

I find this special pleading quite tedious, so all I'll say is that I can tell you haven't looked at any Cold War Steve stuff for a very long time.
