That would make sense, all the negative stuff about BR will be true if we lose to arsenal.Weve won away there once in about 10 years or more and that was when they were shite and putting a new squad together, we got an own goal to take the lead and they got done 8-2 by Manu the next game.

If there is one game where we shouldn't be judging things on it's arsenal away, we haven't performed there since Evans was the manager.

We've yet again outspent Arsenal so im not sure at what point it stops becoming acceptable to struggle or lose to them on a regular basis with the odd result in our favour. Does that sound cuntish?

The core of Arsenals squad has been together for a long time and when you talk about outspending them a lot of money came from key players from our squad being sold.

Arsenal is a big fixture for me every season as most of my mates support them and I can remember a lot of our previous games against them, we regularly get played off the park by them at their ground and as I said this would be the last game I would be making judgments of the team based on how we do there especially this early in the season.

I'm sorry, but people are allowed to be negative, especially considering that we failed to replace the best player in the world two seasons after he's left, even though we've spent shitloads "upgrading" the squad. Also, we've played like shit ever since.

Though some of the stuff spouted on here is over the top, The eternal optimists on here should fucking well try to understand that it's an internet forum, people will come on and vent their frustrations, why shouldn't they? Would it be better to rip seats out of the stands, beat their wives or organise gangs and insight violence around stadiums? Over the top comments can be taken with a pinch of salt you know...

On the rough away fixtures we're facing, I don't think that these should be a barometer to measure the entire seasons performance, especially considering the fact that we are introducing several players into the team. As poor as we've been in the past two games, I feel that performances will improve, though some of Rodgers selections have been baffling, they've got us 6 out of 6, albeit luckily, and if we can continue to do so, then that's great, though I don't understand why people are not allowed to question tactics. I really doubt that anyone on here wants us to do badly just to say I told you so.

Excuses in early. Noted.

The problem really isn't Rodgers if truth be told. He is a symptom not the cause. I think we just have to accept that under the current regime we are not title contenders, The fact that we replaced Luis Suarez with the rear end of a pantomime horse tells you all you need to know about our place in the pecking order

Forget title contenders, I would like not to finish below Spurs in 5 of the last 6 seasons.
