Thats ridiculous - the key word there is unhindered. He didn't duck either, he moved out the way.

 

He didn't hinder anybody's view or the trajectory of the ball. Whether he was there or not the goal would have occurred - he may as well have been a daisy on the floor. Its a fucking ludicrous decision in my opinion.

Yes but that doesn't mean the linesman made the decision. Crazy I know. All he could have asked the linesman is 'was he offside?' (which in itself is a moronic question because you'd have to be blind not to see it). The referee is by far in the better position to decide whether he was interfering with play and from Pardew's comments, it seems as if that was the case.
