I could see this happening. He's definitely out of the frame for the United job, which he clearly thought he was in line for when he played nice with Ferguson, so I could see him making a move as he's taken Everton as far as he can. What's Howard Kendall doing these days?

Just sent a few texts to different Evertonian mates who are in the Mathew St festival and another working that Sky Sports collared Luvvie Bill Kenwright, theatre impresionnario (?) getting out of a taxi and they asked him about the Moyes situation, I said he just snarled them and stormed off without a word!

First reply; "What a prick, it because of him Davey is going"

Second reply; "I hope we don't get O'Neill"

Third reply; "Fuck off Moorsey you lying cunt"

A little search on google found this, from 11th August

David Moyes has rubbished the mischievous headlines linking him with Aston Villa.

Some Evertonians had their Tuesday breakfasts ruined when they saw the manager mentioned as a possible replacement for Martin O'Neill but Moyes was quick to reassure the fans that the suggestion was little more than tabloid fantasy!

He confirmed once again that he's only interested in continuing the progress he has overseen at Everton over the last eight years.

During a Wednesday morning interview, Moyes said: "I am loyal to Everton, I've always said that. It is a really good club and this year we have a really good team and we have a good chance of doing well."

I'm not linking their shit shite here, besides when was the last time any blueshyte player or manager pledged their allegiance to their club and then moved. I mean it just has never happened has it?

I love that the best he can say about the shite is that they are 'good'
