One of the main things i noticed about Houllier when he became sole manger was that compared to Evans he was always off the bench and giving instuctions but since his illness he only seems to come out when we score. I'm not sure if that is to do with stress or something but if he isn't able to do the job properly after his operation then he certainly should be gone.
