PS3 Advice please.

Hey there.

 

My housemate is in town at the moment looking at second hand PS3s. He 's a wrestling fan (not my bag, but hey) and he says there's one for £340 with Smackdown and some racing game that comes with it. That doesn't sound all that much of a deal to me.

 

Can anyone suggest how I should advise him please?

 

Before anyone says, I'd prefer him to buy either of the other two consoles first but he's got his heart set on Playstation and wrestling.

What are you asking mate, whether he should get a PS3 (he should) or whether he should go for that package? 340/350 is about right for a 40Gb PS3 with two games.

I thought he was looking for a second hand one so the price seemed high but it turns out there were none available so a brand new one it is. Either way it's jobs a good'un as it's his money and in about T minus 1 hour my house is going to be adorned with a shiny new PS3. Magic.

Choices uk are selling PS3s cheap; the box is damaged but that's it.
