Decided after taking on board Trumo's 'concerns', around what people were actually listening to, I decided to not use my i-pod to do this as I found a lot of stuff was being repeated by the shuffle option it. So I used my PC.

 

And as you can see there is a massive difference in the tunes that came up, bar PJ Harvey who always seems to get a mention whenever I hit shuffle. Also heard a few tunes I have not listened to in ages.

Yeah concerns wasn't the right choice of word, reading back it comes across a bit arsey blert in the meeting style type post.

 

It was a good thing for me personally though mate, as I had started to listen to the same stuff all the time when using my i-pod, in work and on public transport, and even on my PC. So it prompted me to start hitting shuffle more when at home. It just prompted to be a bit more less selective about the music on my i-pod.

 

Forgot I had some cracking tunes like Ophelia by The Band.
