This. Done it when I was 10 years of age, quite severely too. Was on my bike flying down this steep hill and trying to go as fast as I possibly could, so pedaling like a champion. My foot slipped off the pedal and I slammed onto the bar below. I went to the hospital only to be told it would "just get better with time." Horrible stuff, my pride dented, my knees scrapped to fuck and incredible pain anytime I tried to sit down, although I didn't try often. -
