Right, am setting up a room now. my brother is joining, who is annoyingly good at this game, and whose wii looks remarkably like a sex pest. Feel free to join one and all..

OK. They have just started an online game so they will be there in a sec. Alex, the 9 year old is playing as me and Tom the 8 year old is there as himself.

No worries Jim, enjoyed that a lot. you're a right git with those shells..

Aye. Sams a bit good. I have to play more courses. There were a few there I had never done. That volcano one was a bitch, I kept getting swallowed up. I am going to put in some work this weekend and get some courses under my belt.

Cheers again. Look forward to locking horns with you again soon.

If I keep drinking coffee at the current rate of knots, I don't think I'm going to have a choice...

More seriously, I would if I could but am going to New York/Canada at the beginning of June and I haven't even started paying for it yet!

It's just all this talk of shells is bringing back memories of wasted (often literally) hours at Uni playing the original SNES Mariokart.

Donkey Kong or Bowser, hopping the jumps, Rainbow Road, the list could go on...

Did get the N64 version but never really got on with it - the original always struck me as being more down to skill than the luck of the draw with weapons...
