My addiction to the malt has been a life time issue, i have often been reduced to tears in some restaurants where they were unable to provide me with my daily dose.. i used to get paranoid that i was fucking up my insides as its so acidic but apparently it just thins your blood slightly which i can live with...

What's the GF's considered and learned opinion of ostrich?

I'm having ostrich steaks (rare) with pasta and pesto for tea tonight. Never had ostrich before.

 

I took the wife, kids and my mum to a nice place on Sunday that had Ostrich, alongside Crocodile meat.

 

I was very tempted by the Croc meat (supposed to have the taste of Tuna with a chicken Texture), but turned all down for 'Bouron Steak'. So while Ive not yet had the experience, Id be interested in your experience Cath. Do tell.
