To be fair to the lad, he probably doesn't want to keep moving every 12 months either.

Where's he been playing? I've never thought he looked big enough to be a centre back.

He's been playing in the middle of a back 3 for Mainz now. He's 6'4, built a bit like Matip looking at him these days.

They’ll go all out for Paquetta in the summer.

Replacing 100ml Grealish with a 80-100ml Paquetta, just how does Baldiola do it

Maybe he can replace Matip in the squad. It will give us some flexibility having a home grown replace Matip and hopefully Adrian in the squad this summer.

Has his gambling thing just gone away?

What's happening with Ramsey.

Is he good enough to come in to deputise for Bradley, assuming Trent gets a midfield berth that is?

Did his knee at/before loan to Preston and I think the decision was made in Dec - he was being sent back - so only played a bit more before being put on ice.

Bolton play a system that is not really very good for him, they found that out early as well.

Bad luck on the first loan, bad decision on the 2nd.

So, do we need a rethink regarding our striking options and who out there is available and a reliable goal scorer who is achievable as a transfer target, and who would people move on?

The obvious link is obvious if the manager we all think will be appointed is appointed.

Whether it's who we should go for, and what that says about our current striker I don't know.

Move on the entire attacking part of the side. Wasteful cunts.

I’m not seeing an obvious link to a forward if we appoint Amorim.

I imagine Gyokeres.

From what I've seen, he looks pretty similar to Nunez to me, honestly.

Reputed €100m release clause and Arsenal sniffing.

I'm not suggesting Gyokeres as a solution just that when we appoint a manager, and if it's Amorim, and if there's talk about either Salah going or the ineffiency of our strikers the natural and easiest rumour will be that.

Why not? They spend fuckloads - only Chelsea and Man Utd have thrown more at transfers in recent years.

They are very close to the sustainability rules aren't they? But then the 2 points penalty for Everton just now shows PL do not have a fucking clue anyway so who knows....
