My Nan used to do me roast pork dripping on toast with a bit of salt and a tiny bit of pepper. I remember that being immense.

It's glorious.

 

Thick cut sourdough, fried in beef dripping covered in slow cooked mince.

Qulaity Chop House, yes, wonderful place, but pricey.

 

There's a few others that do it as well.

 

If you do one thing next time you're down head to Dean Street Townhouse and order mince and potatos and a bottle of house red, it's genuinely one of the best lunches you'll ever have.
