The breaks too long

Recommended Posts

Its great to be going into the break in the situation we are in but next game the 23rd? Really? Also god knows who is going to come back injured.

At least we will get to luxuriate on the City win for a good while but its going to be a dull couple of footballing weeks.

I'm starting to think that we might benefit from these breaks in terms of relieving the pressure the players must be under from having to win game after game after game.  I know I'm ready for a break.

It's not ideal but imagine going into it having lost yesterday.

Wish we would have, dont know what to write for the next two weeks.

No doubt that the International games need trimming, but when you are successful and want the better players it comes with the territory, same for all big clubs. Obviously you just hope they stay away from injury. In one sense if they do that then it is like a mini break away from the real pressure, the opponents they face are on the whole weaker and some players will just play within themselves.

At least Brazil world tour of friendlies is oy the middle east this time. So should be a easier return for our lads

Ox shouldn't be allowed anywhere near that England squad, given that we're still managing his minutes. Hendo could do with a break from it too.
