Exactly... There's still judgement involved. It's not an assessment of factual evidence alone - like goal-line technology, offsides, etc

VAR has just highlighted how poor the handball rules have been written and applied.  They could hide behind the refs making bad decisions due to only getting one look but now the can of worms has been opened.  We are now at the point where you can twat the ball at somebody’s hand who’s 18 yards from goal with the ball sailing over the bar and it’s a pen.
