We're playing really well for a team with only 9 players.

Hard to believe how far off the pace Sturridge is at the moment.  Could have had a hat-trick easily that half, just a half-step behind everything and not finishing well either.  Lovren looks ... well, at this point I'll just say that we need Sakho back.  Or Toure in.  Or something other than Lovren.

But the rest of the team looks very good, which is strange considering how far off those two have been.  Henderson and Allen look good, Sterling perhaps a bit isolated but certainly has the beating of their left back.  Shame he hasn't seen more of the ball - we're going down the left as you'd expect with Coutinho over there, but I'd like to see it come to the right a bit more and give Sterling a chance to win a penalty or dribble past a player or two and create havoc.  Have to give a shout to Lallana as well; haven't been his hugest fan but his first touch tonight has been consistently brilliant, and when you get the first touch right the rest is much easier.

Lovren has played well so far.  Touches wood.

Bit harsh on Lovren there.
