Anything but a top 4 finish and he is a goner IMO. he should be banging the fucking doors down for cash this window because without 1 or 2 new faces we are not going to get anywhere near it.

 

I actually think Southampton right now have a better if not as good starting 11 than us on paper.

He seems like he's gotten a ticket to the big-time and is bringing his mate Colin, but I think the time has come for him to draft in a proper number two, and Colin is holding him back.

 

Tough decision, made more difficult because their kids are sticking things in each other and exchanging body fluid. But if he wants to kick-on then he needs to look for a quality, partisan, experienced sounding board.

I think he needs to sort out the goalkeeper, the defence, and probably the midfield, strikers and the bench.

Unless he miraculously improves, Lovren will be hung around his neck like an albatross, just like Rafa with Aquilani and Kenny with Carroll it'll be the standard line in every article about what went wrong.
