Luis Suarez: The little magician

Is that 54 in 51 now? That's amazing. Spanish football is clearly far easier across the season than English football but even so, 54 goals with a few matches still to play is unreal. I hope he gets to 60 and they win the title. I'd far rather he won it than the fucking King's club or the other lot.

From fcbarcelona.com:

Luis Suárez is back on top of the La Liga goal scoring race. With four goals against Sporting Gijon on Saturday night, Suárez now has 34 on the season, also good enough for top spot in the race for the Golden Shoe, given to the top league scorer in Europe.

Suárez now has eight goals in his last two games after also scoring four on Wednesday night at Deportivo. Overall, he now has 53 goals in 49 games.

This is the third time Suárez has scored four goals in a game for Barça. The first was in Barça's 7–0 win in the first leg of the Copa del Rey semi-finals.

He now has seven hat tricks this season. He has also scored two goals in a game six other times.

Some people actually expect managers to speak the truth all the time.

Bizarre, I know.

Then there are those who think Klopp is in sole charge of football decisions at the club.

So far Klopp has signed Grujic and Caulker, two players he has long dreamed of. Then extended Mignolet's contract, because from his training ground and dugout vantage points he resembles a more cat-like Buffon.

I forgot about Caulker.

Who would have guessed that a man who is named after a substance which provides a quick fix to plug holes would not be a permanent feature of this side?

I think Klopp has, and in the future will, sign players he hasn't 'long dreamed of'.

Time will tell.

I'm fairness, what was he meant to say?

"Yeah, Suarez has left so we are fucked. Expect a 30 point negative swing from us next season"

He doesn't have to say it to us.

But surely he should be saying it to the board instead of rolling over and getting his belly tickled.

Or at least not spunk half it on fucking Benteke!

You'd think Klopp's knowledge of top class players and the character required to win will hopefully prove the difference between him and Rodgers when the next window comes.

I hope he has a better relationship with the transfer twats and regulates valuations and team requirements more sensibly.

It seems crackers the big money doled out on number tens and lampposts whilst we have no wide players, no specialised CM's, no full-back cover, bottom of the league keeper/league one backups etc.

Sometimes we play well enough to cover for the glaring weaknesses, other times we let the other team have shots at Mignolet.

Edit: realised this is Suarez thread. Suarez is ace, and has most goals in La Liga ahead of cuntchops.
