No we are still stronger there than last season with having signed Allen. Though Sahin would clearly have given us more quality options in midfield. I mean i would rather have Sahin stepping in for whoever of Lucas, Gerrard and Allen if one is missing. And what's more i think he would have been one of the first names on the team sheet. I'd be gutted if we missed out now to be honest.
