I call her either babe, princess or sugar puff if I’m taking the piss.

I’m either babe, monster or prick.

I read that as you call her babe or princess as a term of affection and sugar puff when taking the piss. Apologies if i've got that wrong, but, and i mean this with all due respect, and not in a bad way, actually in a loving way, you're from the fine city of Bristol............. you're a fucking chav

I call my team ‘team’. Largely because they hate it. Being in IT, therefore firmly down the far end of the autistic spectrum, they hate the concept of team, with its associated huddles and social gatherings. They’re all avowed individuals, despite having the same clothes and beards, same music, playing the same games etc etc

Do you greet them with a hearty hug each morning?

(I’ve been told off for calling our coders ‘geeks’ so have settled on scientists which seems to confuse them, they don’t know if they are being complimented or insulted)

At the other end but even more infuriating are the cricket/rugby types that refer to teammates/friends/colleagues as "guys". Its fucking "lads" you set of boarding school bastards

We’re definitely in boarding school territory at ours. Guys has a kind of non gender specific quality at work (although some don’t approve). Mr C refers to his friends as boys and lads. I don’t tend to have a collective name for most of my friends besides the one group we refer to as ‘the posh birds’
