I love Kim.

 

Went to see The Breeders (all time fav band) at the Astoria a few years back for the Title TK tour. It was all too much for my mate who ended up fainting. I though he was just barging me in the pit when he kept leaning on me... turned out he was sparko. Anyway, Kim had said earlier in the night she had a special surprise for everyone at the end of the gig. Thanks to having to cart my mate out of the gig we missed the special treat... Kim playing the drums on a kids drum kit.

 

Totally gutted. I had plans to propose to her at the end of the gig.

 

She also had/has a wee side project called The Amps who did some nice little numbers.

 

And she was interviewed as part of the BBC History of Rock series... at least I think that was what the series was called.

 

Long live the Kim. xxx
