You fucking love the mediocrity who ended last season in the same position as when he took over and has now produced one of your worst starts to a season in decades.

He will be sacked before Slave-owner Dock opens.

Neither Lampard nor Everton show any signs of coming within shouting distance of any trophy.

Winning trophies is really not where Everton belong; if it was, they would have done it more than once in 35 years.

Apart from that, great tweet.

This sort of shite is getting worse.

There is a whole generation of people (fans of all clubs) who know little to fuck all about what happened 37 years ago at Heysel and little to fuck all about how things were in that period, who just trot out the 'murderers' etc shite.....and the more it is trotted out, the more it is repeated.

It is worse now than it has ever been and it is being driven by a combination of ignorance, tribalism and the cesspit that is social media.

Yep, same with Hillsborough as well people trotting out all sorts of shite. It’s worse now than it’s ever been it’s like the inquests never happened. Honestly don’t know how it ends at this point, it’s a huge turn off. Politics aside, football is the absolute worst of social media it’s horrendous.

For a club that has won 15 trophies in their entire 144 year existence they really do have an inflated sense of their own importance.

Put aside that they've won fuck all for almost 30 years, their fans build up this mythical status that they are a footballing institution who are unique in everything they do and uphold the moral.compass of world football.

Oh, look who appeared on this top 5, never mind who's 2nd and 3rd, list of arrests at PL grounds!

An epidemic of pitch invasions, missile-throwing, flares and hate crimes saw football-related arrests surge to their worst level for eight years last season.

Police arrested a total of 2,198 people during the first full campaign since the coronavirus pandemic, up 59 per cent from 2018-19 and the most since 2013-14.

West Ham United fans were the worst offenders, with 95 arrests, followed by Manchester City (76), Manchester United (72), Leicester City (59) and Everton (58).

The alarming figures, released on Thursday by the Home Office, were compounded by a 127 per cent increase in pitch invasions (441) compared to three years earlier, an 118 per cent increase in the possession of pyrotechnics (729), a 99 per cent increase in hate crime incidents (384), and an 86 per cent increase in the throwing of missiles.

Maybe that's what AllEverton's Tweet was about?  Lampard is getting them back to where they belong.

The politics are what drive this kind of behaviour. Racism, tribalism, division, selfishness et al all produce this kind of hate driven garbage. The anonymity Twitter in particular gives to cowards like this is part of it.
