I’m no expert on what’s going on in the west bank, but the number of people who think the horrible events of Saturday, have occurred in a vacuum, is astonishing.

The media reporting has been rather one sided. Hamas are horrible murderers, yes absolutely. But what causes this violence in the first place? Israel as a state isn't an innocent party. The people caught up in this slaughter are innocent of course, but the cycle of violence is perpetuated by both sides. Neither wants peace, and they never will.

Rather than the virtue signalling/antagonization of lighting up buildings with Israeli flags why not light up buildings with appropriate anti-terrorism/anti war charities.
