It all feels a bit risky to me and like we are reluctant or afraid to put in place proper succession planning. But for me regardless of that we still haven't quite done enough for our immediate needs.

Thiago will be one we wont numerically need to replace. Matip, Salah and a long term 6 are the big ones, because Endo wont be it.

Gravenberch looks like a really good signing. 30-35 million for a lad with that much talent is excellent.

 

A top class centre half is a must though, even more than another midfielder.

That's an interesting one. He has had some injury problems but his talent is undeniable.

He'd be on my shortlist for where to spend the bulk of the Salah money next summer. Right behind Kvaratskhelia, maybe, and one or two less realistic ones.
